Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. I loved the nice view from the balcony and the fantastic view of the valley and mountains from the restaurant on the third floor. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, offering a cozy retreat. However, the dining experience could be improved to match the quality of the other aspects.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were not only clean and beautifully decorated but also very comfortable, offering an outstanding view from the balcony on top of Ortisei. This made it very practical, especially for changing clothes before heading out. The service was top-notch, with the staff always going above and beyond to meet special requests. Additionally, having charging opportunities in the garage was a delightful touch. The location of the hotel was ideal and provided easy access to local shops, restaurants, and transportation options, including a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Dining was a delightful experience, with a variety of choices and excellent value, although it could have been even better. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The hotel's location was near Ortisei, making it the best spot in Val Gardena for all the big hikes in the area. Plus, the convenience of catching the bus right outside the hotel with a complimentary pass was a great perk.
